Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register
• You must be legally eligible to marry under Indian law
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be removed

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating a false profile or impersonating another person
• Posting photos of someone other than yourself
• Soliciting money or financial assistance from other members
• Sending unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Harassment, abuse, or offensive communication
• Using the platform for any purpose other than matrimony
• Scraping or bulk downloading profile data

4. Memberships and Payments

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew without explicit consent
• iJodidar reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay — their terms apply

5. Content Policy

• All profile content must be accurate, appropriate, and your own
• We may remove content that violates these terms without notice
• You grant iJodidar a non-exclusive licence to display your profile content on the platform

6. Disclaimer

iJodidar is a platform that connects people. We do not guarantee successful matches, verify the accuracy of user-provided information beyond stated verification steps, or take responsibility for offline interactions between members. Exercise personal judgment and caution when meeting other members.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy → Deactivate Account, or by contacting support@ijodidar.com.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
